All Global-e clients who are trading on the Shopify platform will be migrated to the Native Shopify integration by the end of July 2023.
Global-e will be taking care of all aspects of the integration. Once we agree on a start date and kick off the project, our Project Team will be in touch with you directly with any updates.
Based on several factors, migration should take 2-4 weeks. For some merchants, migration may take longer, depending on complexity.
Once we start your migration we will need permission to access your Shopify store admin. The Global-e project team will contact you in this respect as well as if anything else will be required.
The migration process should be seamless and our team will be monitoring the process closely to ensure no disruptions to your webstore.
The new integration supports over 95 currencies and no change will be made to your pricing set up.
