Talent Acquisition Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the global company recruitment targets, developing, and executing our talent acquisition strategy, and partnering with hiring managers across the organization to identify and hire top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global recruitment efforts through a matrix management approach, ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting best practices across regions.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to meet business objectives and scale operations effectively.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding strategies, to improve candidate experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent pools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and forecast future recruitment requirements.
  • Track key performance metrics for recruiting activities, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Directly manage the local recruitment team. Lead and mentor the team, setting performance targets and providing guidance.


Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a global team of recruiters in global hi-tech company
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capability to inspire a high-performing team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
