Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy: Define a compelling product vision and strategy rooted in market research, customer insights, and system capabilities. Lead strategic discussions and align stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
  • System & Market Understanding: Conduct deep market and systems research. Extract and define business requirements from complex system integrations with a clear understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce domain.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Leverage data analysis and KPIs to drive decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize performance.
  • Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) from early-stage ideation through solution validation and execution. Ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and foster a shared understanding of goals and priorities.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and iteration, using agile best practices and mastering the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Go-To-Market: Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.


Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years in product management, with a focus on B2C and e-commerce products. SaaS platform experience is a strong plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to extract business needs from technical systems.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with a passion for data, KPIs, and structured problem solving.
  • Leadership: High sense of ownership and accountability. Proven ability to communicate at both business and technical levels. Skilled at seeing the big picture while diving deep into details when needed.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Strong creative problem-solving skills. Proactive, organized, and effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneousl
