We are looking for an experienced program manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end large scale software projects, teaming with our R&D department. In your role, you will create the integrated cross project workplan, building and maintaining the project processes, pushing the execution, all the way from analysis, development, testing launching, migration and sunsetting the obsolete platform.
- The role also requires integration with all of the relevant interfaces and factors involved – software architects, tech leads, product managers, delivery and release managers, IT, solutions and R&D and testing teams cross the company.
- You will lead, facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams involved in the project and help build and improve processes across the R&D organization.
- The project management requires matrix management - within the department and outer facing to other departments. The program manager will lead several projects in parallel while handling and managing constraints and frequent changes per company prioritization in a dynamic work environment.
- The program manager is a proactive function who must deal with different problem and conflict solving types. A substantial part of the role includes coordinating and channeling various project resources to the progressing of one track.
- The program manager must have technical understanding and business orientation and good knowledge of organizational work processes and the modus operandi of the R&D department.
