Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support and operations teams.

Requirements:
B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience- Must
3+ years of product management experience very nice to have e-Commerce experience
SQL Knowledge- Advantage!
A passionate cost reduction, operation efficiencies and scaling super star.
Shipping and carriers domain expertise- Advantage
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Working with API- Advantage!
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing relevant tools and techniques.
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
