As the Knowledge Manager at Global-e, you will lead our efforts in managing and optimizing organizational internal knowledge assets. You will be responsible for developing,
implementing and maintaining knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation across the organization on a global scale.
Knowledge Development:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define policies, standards, and procedures for knowledge capture, documentation, sharing, and utilization.
Knowledge Documentation:
- Overseeing the storage and distribution of corporate knowledge: writing, updating, organizing, maintaining knowledge within the company.
- Establish processes and frameworks for organizing and documenting knowledge from subject matter experts.
- Ensure content quality, relevance, and accessibility for stakeholders across the organization.
Knowledge Collaboration:
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Projects, Customer Success and Sales.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration through training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge-sharing.
