HR Student

As an HR Student, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team with a focus on training programs, compliance initiatives, and volunteer activities. This position is ideal for a student who is currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent, seeking to gain practical experience in a professional HR setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Support:
  • Lead onboarding programs for new employees, including support our training program.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of training programs and workshops.
  • Help schedule and organize training sessions, including preparing materials and tracking attendance.

Compliance:

  • Support HR in ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of compliance documentation and audits.
  • Help monitor and track compliance training and certifications.

CSR:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting volunteer opportunities
  • Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
  • Assist with other HR projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: currently pursuing a master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience – At least one year in a business company working in: focusing on Human Resources, Training, or Customer Support and such.
  • Proven experience in training domain, even from Nonprofit organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Available to work in our office three days a week.
