As an HR Student, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team with a focus on training programs, compliance initiatives, and volunteer activities. This position is ideal for a student who is currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent, seeking to gain practical experience in a professional HR setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Support:
- Lead onboarding programs for new employees, including support our training program.
- Assist in the development and coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Help schedule and organize training sessions, including preparing materials and tracking attendance.
Compliance:
- Support HR in ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and management of compliance documentation and audits.
- Help monitor and track compliance training and certifications.
CSR:
- Assist in organizing and promoting volunteer opportunities
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation.
- Assist with other HR projects and tasks.
