As a Cross Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our cross-border e-Commerce business. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our cross-border B2B2C SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap for cross-domain features, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Work closely with other product managers, development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support and operations teams.
- Lead Go-To-Market and rollout plan for new features.
