Senior Software Engineer – Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is unique role combines the responsibilities of facilitating Agile practices and actively contributing to the development process. responsible for facilitating and promoting the effective use of agile practices to improve the development process and deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a candidate that has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and solid development experience.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that slow the team’s progress and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile practices
  • Encourage and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team and promote a culture of learning and adaptability.
  • Foster a strong collaborative relationship between team members, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and maintained.
  • Part of the development team and contribute to the design, development, and testing of our product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer and proven experience as a developer in .net framework and .net core. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, including experience with JIRA for project management.
