We are looking for a talented Integration Engineer to join our growing Platforms group. This role offers a unique balance of both technical and customer facing responsibilities as you will be the guide to a variety of brands including top tier ecommerce players during their integration with Global-e.

Responsibilities:

Act as the technical leader for onboarding clients and product specialist on e-commerce platform capabilities and requirement definitions
Take technical ownership during the implementation cycle and meet deadlines for both external clients and internal teams
Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current partners and onboarding clients
Assist customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution
Work closely with development teams to implement new features and specific customer requirements
Provide ongoing support for Customer Success and Tech Support teams working with live brands

Requirements

1-3 years of software development with a focus on client-side programming
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other client-side technologies
Knowledge of REST API’s and experience troubleshooting with JSON/XML payloads
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
Ability to plan, organizing and utilize skills which ensure successful and timely completion projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
Previous experience in eCommerce environment is a strong advantage
