NOC Engineer

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our growing TechOPS team.

The position consists of 4-5 shifts a week on nights and weekends in our R&D Center in Petach Tikva.

This position provides a great opportunity to enter the high-tech world and relevant for for students and graduates of technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities include debugging complex technical issues, investigating logs, writing SQL queries and monitoring our services.

Requirements

Must be a strong team player with great sense of urgency and details oriented
Experience working with SQL and programming languages understanding – must
Fluent English (written and verbal) – must
Willing to work in shifts 24/7, nights, weekends and Holidays
Understanding of network monitoring concepts and familiar with tools (Coralogix, Graphana, Datadog, Postman and Jira)
