We are seeking a Software Engineer Team Leader to join our Foundation Engineering team. This team is pivotal in empowering our entire engineering organization to release and operate software effectively and confidently. As a Software Engineer Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in elevating our operational maturity while simplifying our development processes. You will design and implement foundational tools, enhance our continuous delivery infrastructure, and develop solutions that make data and metrics accessible and actionable for our teams.

You Will:

Design, build, and maintain core foundational services and tools all engineering teams use.
Develop and enhance our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software releases.
Create tools and frameworks that improve our services’ reliability, scalability, and performance.
Implement best software development and delivery practices, focusing on stability and efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to integrate event-driven architectures and microservices.
Optimize resource usage and enhance system performance through automation and intelligent design.
Lead initiatives to improve our development processes and operational practices.
Bring a rigorous approach to delivering quality software, ensuring verification and validation at every step.

You Have:

Extensive experience with .NET Core and modern software development practices.
Proven experience with Event-Driven Development (EDD).
Strong background in developing and managing microservices architectures.
Expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
Understanding of cloud architectures, particularly with AWS services.
Solid understanding of networking and operating systems.
An engineering mindset focused on building reliable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
