Director of Integration

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide. 

The Director of Integration is responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of systems, processes, and business units within an organization. This role ensures seamless collaboration between technology, operations, and business functions to drive efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

This role offers a unique balance of management, technical and customer facing responsibilities as you will be the guide to a variety of brands including top tier ecommerce players during their integration with Global-e. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement integration strategies to align technology, operations, and business processes.
  • Oversee multiple integration projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and objectives are met.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance business performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership teams, vendors, and external partners regarding integration initiatives.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement new features and specific customer requirements 
  • Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current partners and onboarding clients 
  • Take technical ownership during the implementation cycle and meet deadlines for both external clients and internal teams 
  • Provide ongoing support for Customer Success and Tech Support teams working with live brands 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in integration management, IT project management, or development management.
  • Experience managing and leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Ability to plan, organizing and utilize skills which ensure successful and timely completion projects. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Strong technical background with a preferred degree in a technical field.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other client-side technologies 
  • Knowledge of REST and GraphQL API’s and experience troubleshooting with JSON/XML payloads 
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases 
  • Experience with debugging tools and analysing logs 
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities 
  • Previous experience in eCommerce environment is a strong advantage
