E2E System Test Team Member – Manual Tester

We are hiring Manual Tester to join our newly formed E2E System Test Team, dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform.

As a key player, you’ll focus on testing complex business workflows, integrating systems, and executing end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios that drive exceptional user experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Understand Business Flows: Gain a deep understanding of business processes and workflows to design effective test cases.
Create Test Cases: Develop clear and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios for integration and E2E system testing.
Execute Testing: Perform manual testing to validate system functionality, data flows, and integrations across multiple domains and platforms.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and report issues with precise details to ensure timely resolution.
SQL Queries: Use SQL to validate data integrity and support testing efforts across integrations.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and leadership, to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on manual testing.
Strong understanding of business workflows and their importance in testing.
Expertise in creating and executing test cases for integration and E2E system testing.
Working knowledge of SQL for validating and querying databases.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing in fast-paced environments.
Experience with analytics and BI tools and workflows.
