SaaS Application Admin

Global-e’s IT Department is looking to add an Information Systems Administrator with expertise in administering a variety of SaaS applications to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting multiple service platforms, including tools like Zendesk, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Monday.com, HubSpot, DocuSign, and other SaaS-based applications. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to drive continuous improvement across the platforms used within the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day configuration, administration, support, third-party integrations and optimization of different SaaS applications.

· Implement best practices for application usage, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on product updates and industry trends.

· Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and escalations

· Provide technical support, conduct training sessions, and create/maintain technical documentation.

· Work collaboratively within the team and with individuals at all organizational levels, external vendors, and clients.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator for one of the following SaaS-based applications: Zendesk, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Monday.com, HubSpot, DocuSign, Salesforce, etc. – Must

· Experience with API integrations preferred.

· Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML and Java – preferred

· Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

· Experience with large multifaceted projects and international business is advantageous.

· Resourceful, innovative, and strong problem-solving skills.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
