Product Manager-Order Management

  • Define and own the product roadmap for order management, relevant orders documents and e-documents.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on merchant needs, operational efficiencies, market trends, and business goals.
  • Work closely with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and seamless order processing functionality.
  • Work cross-functionally with solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order handling, proactive issue resolution, and efficient workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest order management innovations, e-commerce automation trends, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience – Must
  • 5+ years of product management experience (e-Commerce or order management experience is a strong advantage)
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineer, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience working with API-based integrations – a plus 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to extract insights .
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborating across different business units
