Senior PPC Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join the Global-e B2C Division. The B2C Division works with leading e-commerce brands worldwide to grow international markets through digital marketing activities, creating new and impactful revenue streams for their businesses.

The PPC Campaign Manager will build the strategy, plan, manage and improve the day-to-day campaign activity of our merchants, and will work closely with our merchants on achieving our business goals, while deepening knowledge and expertise in digital advertising methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the launch of a large-scale merchant partnership, including multi-channel digital marketing (paid media, email marketing, influencers and performance creative) and ongoing management of the project. You will be working with internal and external teams.
  • Continuously managing and optimizing campaigns on various platforms including advertising platforms – Google, Meta, TikTok and more.
  • Building digital strategies and plans for our merchants, defining target audiences, campaign structure and managing media budgets. Proactively trying out new approaches and ideas – all with the ultimate goal of growing the online businesses we work with.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other KPIs.
  • Campaign related technical problem solving – for example issues with tracking, pixels, CAPI, UTMs, attribution, product catalogue feeds, etc.
  • Communicating with our merchants about ongoing updates, creatives, campaign performance, etc, while working towards agreed KPIs and business growth targets.
  • Staying on top of paid media industry trends, deepening knowledge and expertise in advertising methodologies, techniques, and channels.

Requirements

  •  5+ years hands-on experience in PPC campaign management – with Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
  •  2+ years experience in managing/leading digital related projects, involving several teams and stakeholders.
  •  Experience in the e-commerce industry – a must.
  • English at a very good level – both spoken and written – a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Digital marketing agency experience – an advantage.
  • Campaign related technical skills – tracking, pixels, CAPI, UTMs, attribution, product catalogue feeds, etc.
  • Great with numbers, analytic capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Excel.
