Cross Product Manager

With Global-e, retailers and brands can increase international traffic conversion and grow sales by offering customers in over 200 destinations worldwide a seamless localized shopping experience. As a Cross Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our cross-border e-Commerce business. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our cross-border B2B2C SaaS platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap for cross-domain features, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. 
  • Work closely with other product managers, development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support and operations teams.
  • Lead Go-To-Market and rollout plan for new features.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends for your domain.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with e-Commerce, Funnel conversion, Fintech, Payments, Logistics – a major plus.
  • B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience- Must
  • Proven track record of handling large complex features, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy.
  • Technical degree in computer science / engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel, technologies, and customer experience principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing relevant tools and techniques.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
