Help Desk

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our IT department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial technical support to users via tickets, email, or in-person across all Global-e offices worldwide.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Azure, Office 365, networking, and Office 365 security tools.
  • Assist users with account setup, access permissions, and system guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and escalate complex technical problems.
  • Manage user accounts, including password resets and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain IT inventory and support conference room equipment.
  • Provide urgent support during evenings and weekends.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and support various systems and applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support roles, preferably in medium-large organizations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, and MacOS).
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, Jamf, Jira Tickets, and Microsoft Teams.
