Experienced Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing Pro Solutions team at Global-e.

As our Customer Success Manager, you will fill the essential role of providing our Pro solution retailers and brands with strategic insights based on their performance and market trends, help optimize performance and enhance growth all the while improving their customers’ overall online shopping experience and boosting their international sales.

 Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor the performance of our international retailers and brands 
  • Prepare periodic performance reports covering and analyzing client’s KPI’s
  • Identify business opportunities based on data analysis
  • Advise and provide insights and solutions to customers
  • Support client’s strategic, marketing, and operational decisions based on internal knowledge and best practices 
  • Build scalable methods for optimizing and monitoring multiple clients’ performance
  • Manage communication with clients and handle escalations 

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a client facing position or other relevant experience
  • English – Mother tongue level
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Experience with prioritizing and working on several projects simultaneously
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience with BI tools: QlikView/ Qlik Sense – Advantage
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent. MBA an advantage
  • Strong analytical abilities
