Pricing Lead

The Pricing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies for the company’s fulfillment services. This role will require a deep understanding of market dynamics and cost structures. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with a strategic mindset to ensure competitive pricing while driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Pricing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of competitive and profitable pricing strategies for the company’s fulfillment services.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis, identifying cost variables which might impact pricing models.
  • Market and Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor pricing to ensure our services remain competitively priced while maintaining profitability.
  • Pricing Model Development: Build and maintain dynamic pricing models.
  • Close collaboration with multiple teams across the organization, including Product, operations , sales, and customer success.
  • Pricing Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze pricing performance and identify opportunities to optimize revenue and margins through process improvements and better use of data.
  • Reporting and Financial Impact Analysis: Provide regular reporting on pricing impact, including profitability, cost variances, and revenue projections. Perform scenario analysis to forecast the financial effects of different pricing models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably within the high-tech industry
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing models, financial analysis, and revenue management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving results.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to present pricing strategies and analysis to senior leadership.
